Each model comes to life through detailed drawings. These drawings are then transformed into paper patterns, hand-made on cardboard silhouettes. Each silhouette is numbered and precisely catalogued, ensuring efficient organisation and easy reference for future productions.

Material selection and cutting
Once the paper patterns are ready, the individual leather parts are cut, using high-quality materials such as nappa, calfskin and leather. Cutting requires great skill and attention, as each piece must comply with the model’s specifications to ensure perfect assembly.

Stitching and finishing
Faithfully respecting the original design, this process is performed entirely by hand with the support of professional machinery, requiring a perfect balance between artisanal expertise and technology. The operations are entrusted to expert hands, equipped with a deep knowledge of the materials, to ensure that each component is prepared and assembled to perfection.

Coloring of the AU79 Line
The models of the AU79 collection are distinguished by an exclusive artisanal coloring treatment. The leather is subjected to a color bath followed by manual tampon processing. This traditional technique gives the material a unique shine and a chromatic depth that enhances the natural shades of the leather.
